How long have you been performing weddings?

Every couple is unique, and we believe your ceremony should reflect your love story, your personalities, and the commitment you are making to one another.

Can we personalize our wedding ceremony?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it.
Your wedding ceremony should be about you. We love working with couples to create ceremonies that are personal, meaningful, and memorable. Whether you want something traditional, contemporary, romantic, spiritual, humorous, or a combination of several styles, we will work with you to create a ceremony that feels authentic to your relationship.
My fiancé(e) and I come from two different religious backgrounds. Can you help us?
Yes! We have experience working with couples from many different religious and spiritual backgrounds. We understand that combining two families, traditions, and faith backgrounds can sometimes feel challenging. Our goal is to create a ceremony that honors both of you and brings your traditions together in a respectful and meaningful way.
We would like to have a religious wedding ceremony. Can you provide one?
Absolutely. You do not have to belong to a particular church to invite God into your wedding ceremony.
We specialize in religious and spiritual wedding ceremonies and can help you create a ceremony centered on faith, prayer, Scripture, blessings, and your commitment to one another. We believe a wedding can be both deeply personal and deeply spiritual.
Can we have a Catholic ceremony at a location other than a church?
Yes. We can provide a Catholic ceremony according to the Celtic Rite of the Catholic (universal) Church, allowing couples to celebrate their faith in a setting that is meaningful to them.

Can we involve our children in the wedding ceremony?
Absolutely! We love including children whenever appropriate. Children can participate as flower girls, ring bearers, readers, attendants, or in other special ways that are meaningful to your family. Including your children can make the ceremony even more personal and memorable—and sometimes, they provide the moments everyone remembers and smiles about for years to come!
How do we book the Officiant for our wedding?
To reserve your wedding date, we require a $100 deposit. Once your deposit is received and your date is confirmed, we do not double-book your ceremony time. You can use our PayPal payment option to submit your deposit and reserve your date.
How do we book the Wedding Coordinator for our wedding?
50 percent deposit is due for coordination services. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding ceremony.
When is the final payment due?
Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding ceremony and no later than the rehearsal.
How much do you charge?
Every wedding is different, so we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all price.
Your ceremony fee depends on several factors, including what services you would like us to provide, where your ceremony will take place, the size and type of wedding you are planning, and how involved you would like us to be in creating and personalizing your ceremony.
We invite you to give us a call and tell us about your plans. After just a few minutes of talking with you, we can usually give you a clear idea of what your ceremony will cost.
You can also visit our Wedding Packages page to explore our available services.
Most importantly, no one is ever turned away simply because of a lack of money. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to celebrate their love and commitment, and we will always try to work with you whenever possible.

Do you charge separate travel fees?
There are no travel fees for weddings within 50 miles of Spring Hill, Florida.
If your chosen venue does not provide complimentary parking, you are responsible for validating or covering the parking cost for your officiant.
For destination weddings or ceremonies outside our normal service area, additional arrangements may be necessary, including travel expenses and, when appropriate, overnight accommodations.
What if we need to change our wedding date or start time?
We understand that plans sometimes change. We will always do our best to accommodate a change in your wedding date or ceremony time. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be available for a new date or time. If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible so we have the best opportunity to work with you and find a solution.
Will the officiant come to our wedding rehearsal?
Yes, when needed.
Many venues provide a wedding coordinator, but your ceremony may include special readings, traditions, religious elements, or other details that benefit from a rehearsal.
For couples who do not have a wedding coordinator, Daryl Ann is a certified wedding coordinator and can help guide your wedding party through the ceremony process. Our goal is to help everyone feel comfortable, prepared, and confident when the big day arrives.
Do you allow pictures and video during the ceremony?
Absolutely! Take the pictures!
We understand how important it is to capture the moments of your wedding ceremony. Our officiants are happy to work with your photographer and videographer so they can document your ceremony naturally.
We do ask that photographers and videographers remain respectful of the wedding party and guests and avoid interfering with the ceremony itself. Professional photographers know how to capture beautiful moments while remaining unobtrusive, and we are happy to coordinate with them.
After all, these are the moments you will look back on for years to come—and we want you to have the photographs and memories to prove just how special your day was.
My friend is getting ordained online and wants to marry us. Is that legal?
The answer depends on where you are getting married and where you will live. Marriage laws vary from state to state, and in some places the requirements for who may legally solemnize a marriage are more restrictive than in others. Virginia and North Carolina have strict laws or court rulings that do not legally recognize online ordinations for performing weddings.
States with Varied or Local Rules
- Tennessee: Discretion still depends heavily on local county clerks.
- New York: State-level recognition is mixed. Some local court rulings accept ONLINE ORDAINED officiants weddings, while others have questioned them or required strict local registration
- Other States (such as Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Missouri): State laws may use vague wording. This leaves the final decision up to individual county clerks who might ask for proof of active ministry.
While having a friend officiate your wedding can sound like a wonderful and personal idea, it is important to understand the legal requirements before making that decision. We have worked with couples who planned to have a friend officiate, only to discover shortly before the wedding that the friend was not comfortable performing the ceremony or that there were questions about whether the officiant met the state's legal requirements.
We have also helped couples who suddenly found themselves needing a professional officiant shortly before their wedding.
Your wedding ceremony is too important to leave to chance. Before choosing an online-ordained friend or family member, we encourage you to research the laws where your marriage will take place and make sure your officiant understands the responsibilities involved.
If you find yourself needing an officiant on short notice, contact us at info@weddingzinfl.com or call 352-612-0687. If we are available, we will do our best to help.
What is the difference between a wedding Minister/ officiant and an ordained minister / priest?
Many couples wonder about the difference between a wedding officiant and an ordained minister. While the terms can overlap, they can represent different roles.
A wedding officiant's primary responsibility is to conduct the wedding ceremony and complete the legal requirements associated with solemnizing the marriage. Depending on the jurisdiction, an officiant may or may not be ordained clergy.
An ordained minister or priest is clergy who has been ordained by a church or religious organization. In addition to officiating weddings, an ordained minister may provide pastoral care, premarital or marriage counseling, baptisms, Holy Communion, blessings, funerals, and other spiritual or sacramental services.
Training and requirements for ordained ministry vary considerably among churches and religious traditions.
Mike Zulinke, PhD, has more than 30 years of experience in ordained ministry and holds an earned, not honorary, PhD in Historic Theology from St. Alcuin House Seminary.
Our relationship with couples does not have to end when the wedding ceremony is over. We are available for continued spiritual support, pastoral care, and sacramental services as your family grows and your spiritual needs change.
Your wedding may be one day, but your spiritual journey can continue for a lifetime.
Who ordained you, and where is your church?
Mike's journey in ordained ministry began in 1995, when he was ordained in the Full Gospel Church. He was later licensed in a Celtic Catholic Communion in 2007 and consecrated as a bishop in 2007 through the Fellowship of Celtic Catholic Churches. In 2013, he was incardinated into the Anglican Church.
Today, Mike serves his community as a healthcare chaplain and as Abbot Bishop of the Celtic Order of Benedictine Chaplains.
His ministry has been shaped by more than three decades of pastoral service, sacramental ministry, chaplaincy, and working with people from many different backgrounds and traditions.
We are already legally married, but no one knows. Can you still perform a ceremony for us?
Yes. We work with couples who are already legally married but would like to have a wedding ceremony surrounded by family and friends.
This is particularly common with couples who were married privately or at a courthouse and later decided they wanted to celebrate their marriage with the people they love.
Because a ceremony for an already-married couple is a celebration of an existing marriage rather than a new legal marriage, we will need to see documentation confirming that you are already legally married.
We can then create a beautiful ceremony that celebrates your commitment without creating a second legal marriage.
We want to get married, but we don't want a big wedding or a courthouse ceremony. What are our options?
You have more choices than you might think!
We offer several options for couples who want something simple, intimate, and meaningful. Depending on your location and circumstances, we can help you plan an in-home ceremony, a beach or outdoor elopement, a small gathering with family and friends, or another intimate celebration.
You don't need a huge wedding to make a lifelong commitment.
Sometimes the simplest ceremonies are the most meaningful.
Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll help you explore your options.
Do you stay for the reception?
There is absolutely no requirement that your officiant remain for the reception.
If you would like to invite your officiant to stay and celebrate with you, simply extend a personal invitation. We will let you know whether our schedule allows us to remain.
We are honored to be part of your wedding day, whether we are there for the ceremony alone or able to share a little more of the celebration with you.
I know we tip other wedding vendors. What about the officiant?
Gratuities are never expected, but they are always sincerely appreciated.
The greatest compliment we can receive is knowing that you were happy with your ceremony and that we helped make your wedding day meaningful and memorable.
This all sounds great! How can we move forward with booking you?
